We followed a different path and found our place. Under the silent watch of three extinct volcanoes, high above the plains, we farm in cool air and shifting winds, powered by the sun. We work by hand and with care for the land, building balance through regenerative practices. The wines carry that same intent, bright, layered and full of life.

First impressions

Fresh and lively, peach and almond aromas.

Flavourful with a stonefruit character, and a hint of butterscotch and nuttiness.

The pick of the range, in our opinion.

One third of the wine was matured in new French oak and Acacia hogshead barrels, and spent 6 months on lees. The remainder was matured in stainless steel.
