We followed a different path and found our place. Under the silent watch of three extinct volcanoes, high above the plains, we farm in cool air and shifting winds, powered by the sun. We work by hand and with care for the land, building balance through regenerative practices. The wines carry that same intent, bright, layered and full of life.

Uncommon variety in Australia, Garganega is from the Veneto region in Italy, and is the major component of the Soave blend. Our volcanic soil creates a flinty, mineral character.
