IN THE GLASS
good to know
A blend of Pinot Grigio, Fiano and Sauvignon Blanc, all estate grown. Aromas of white peach, honeysuckle and almond. Bright and textural with notes of nashi pear, quince and spice.
We followed a different path and found our place. Under the silent watch of three extinct volcanoes, high above the plains, we farm in cool air and shifting winds, powered by the sun. We work by hand and with care for the land, building balance through regenerative practices. The wines carry that same intent, bright, layered and full of life.

It is called a Mediterranean Field Blend but unsure how that works for a mesh of pinot grigio (maybe close to the Med), fiano (yeah), sauvignon blanc (umm?) and is it an actual field blend ferment (??) well, dunno, but hey.
Ok, so lots of nashi pear, really distinct, a kind of green herb and cool lime thing happening, slick texture with just a touch of grip too. That’s the highlights. All of this bolstered with slightly saline minerality, a green mango, pleasing bitterness, a touch of cucumber and fennel in there too. It’s got great perfume, lots of flavour, high refreshment factor and generally does a good job of being interesting.
