2025 Syrah

Fragrant floral violet aromas. Flavours of cherries and plums. A herbal finish, savoury, with spices and white pepper. Medium bodied and elegant with fine soft tannins.

We followed a different path and found our place. Under the silent watch of three extinct volcanoes, high above the plains, we farm in cool air and shifting winds, powered by the sun. We work by hand and with care for the land, building balance through regenerative practices. The wines carry that same intent, bright, layered and full of life.
